After Delores is a novel set in New York’s Lower East Side during the 80s about a broken hearted waitress looking for love. An unnamed narrator nurses a broken heart after her girlfriend Delores leaves her for another woman. Set over the course of a few days, she goes looking for love only to find herself immersed in a web of seduction, deceit and murder. A diverse array of characters explore lesbian culture including a hot femme named Priscilla, a go-go dancer named Punkette and Charlotte, a bewitching actress.
